Autoland LLC is actively seeking an Accounting Generalist to join the team in Chatsworth, CA.
Reports to: Director of Accounting
Hours/Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 2:00PM
Work environment: Onsite / In-office

What You’ll Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Accounts Payable
· Receives, reviews and processes purchase orders, bills, and payments.
- Resolves bill discrepancies with vendors and other parties.
· Reviews, ensures approval, and posts corporate credit card, mileage and expense report charges.
· Communicates with vendors and employees in the review, processing and reconciliation of payable transactions and reports.
Product Accounting
· Generates and reconciles reports to pay all product vendors in a timely manner.
· Reviews product related payables and works with product administrator to resolves any aged balances on monthly basis.
· Processes product cancellations including refund checks from the administrator and customer refunds.
General Accounting
· Assists with journal entries making sure accounts have accurate balances.
· Supports inquiries from other departments regarding purchase orders, expense, and payments.
· Assists with sales tax and business tax return filings.
· Handles all promotional gift card program requests and maintains accurate usage and inventory data.
· Compiles and reviews financial information to assist in business analysis.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Functional Knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP, a plus.
