Role
The Phone Specialist/Customer Service role is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from new and existing patients. Being a good communicator and having strong phone skills is vital for this role because the person taking phone calls sets the tone for the patient experience. In addition to phone work, this role includes front office related tasks such as checking patients in/out, collecting payments, understanding insurance, and other tasks as assigned. A commitment to providing excellent customer service are vital to this role. Our clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am-2:30pm, with a paid lunch break each day.
Qualifications
● High School diploma
● 1 year of customer service
● Basic computer literacy, willingness to learn new systems and processes
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Passionate about patient care
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
