As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fulfillment Manager to join our team and lead our fulfillment operations team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services to our retail, wholesale, and CPG customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to motivate a team of 10, ship orders out on time and always be looking for ways to improve efficiency. The key to success is to ship orders on time in full!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fulfillment team, including training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize fulfillment processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping, to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, customer service, procurement, and warehouse to ensure alignment and effective coordination of fulfillment activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization initiatives.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including carriers, and third-party logistics providers, to optimize collaboration and enhance service levels.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and resolutions of fulfillment-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and innovations in fulfillment
- Prepare daily reports for senior management, providing insights into fulfillment performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within fulfillment operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, and inventory management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Salary Range:
$100,000 – $110,000
