Our client in North KC is looking for an HR Coordinator to assist with administrative duties within their HR Department. This is a W2 Contract position with an estimated length of 6/7+ months. There could be an opportunity to convert to FT with client company.
Anticipate $20-$25 /hr. (based on experience)
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the HR Operations department
- Assist in Onboarding, New Hires, Employee Files
- Assisting in various HR Projects
Desired:
- High School Diploma required, college degree is a plus, but not required
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge work with FMLA, ADA, and personal leaves
- Onboarding and managing new hire paperwork
- Processing new hires in the system
- 401(k) reconciliation
- I-9’s
- File management
- Basic benefit knowledge
- Detail-oriented, process driven, extremely organized and flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Possess a positive, professional demeanor
