Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-Home Sales Specialist to drive the sales of our Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) within the Cumming, Lawrenceville, Gainesville or Athens, Georgia area. This role involves direct, in-home interactions with potential clients, guiding them through the process of designing and purchasing their ideal ADU. With appointments booked on your behalf, this position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with a background in real estate or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our ADUs.
- Provide a positive atmosphere by being professional, empathetic, courteous, and cheerful
- Communicate with customers to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Leverage pre-qualified leads and appointments set by our team, while also proactively mining your own network for additional opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing referrals.
- Collaborate with our design team to tailor ADU solutions to meet client needs.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
- Travel within your assigned territory to conduct site visits and sales meetings (approximately 50% travel).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, with the potential to earn between $90,000 and $200,000 annually.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of in-person sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively during in-home visits.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for territory travel.
