Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Repair Technician to join our team as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, with the ability to diagnose and fix a variety of pool-related issues. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems.
Perform repairs and replacements of pool equipment and components as needed.
Identify and address any safety concerns related to pool operations.
Provide accurate estimates for repair work and maintenance services.
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with clients internal and external to explain repair needs and maintenance recommendations.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in pool maintenance and repair is a plus.
Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Pool Repair Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of pool equipment, systems, and maintenance practices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
