Seton Hall University seeks a faculty appointment at the rank of lecturer in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies beginning at the 2023-2024
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching responsibilities will include Arabic language and literature at all levels, as well as Middle Eastern Literature, civilization, and cultures courses in translation. There is an expectation of service to the department and College.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Arabic in-hand by May 2023, a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching and learning, and experience in leading interdisciplinary courses.
Desired Qualifications:
Candidates with experience and/or interest in program building are especially encouraged to apply.
