Property Manager
Woodspear Properties, a reputable property management company, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community located in North-West Denver comprising 224 units.
Job Overview:
As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the property, including vendor relations, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive vendor relationships
- Execute marketing strategies to attract tenants
- Handle leasing activities and ensure timely rent collection
- Manage deposit accounting and accounts payable processes
- Foster positive resident relations and address inquiries promptly
- Lead hiring, training, and supervision of staff
- Oversee contract management and financial reporting
- Develop and manage property budgets effectively
- Administer payroll accurately
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi/On-Site/AvidXchange is advantageous
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Bilingual a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of stable work history in a related field
- Ability to pass background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screening
