Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maximizing revenue through collection efforts, pursuing settlement offers, and taking tenants carefully through the auction process. They should work to collect on outstanding debt while remaining courteous to our tenant base.
Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer support for new and existing tenants, to ensure ongoing business with Reliant.
- Partner with third party vendors while working through auction compliance.
- Remain familiar with state lien laws and stay updated.
- Oversee military accounts to ensure compliance with SCRA.
- Issue lease terminations on an as needed basis.
- Ensure auction buyers have a seamless experience from payment to pickup.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with the following software: SiteLink, Podium
- Self-storage work experience.
- Customer Service experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Able to perform desk/computer tasks for extended periods of time.
