Job Description
The founders of our company are seeking a personal assistant.
This person will provide administrative support to two executives, including scheduling, communication, handling paperwork, expediting work, and scheduling meetings.
The candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
The company is a multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic aiming to lower and eliminate unnecessary drugs and surgeries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be swift at completing cycles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
