The Senior Analyst Finance Business Partner must be an exceptional business partner and leader for our branches in the assigned region, overseeing all FP&A activities. Key responsibilities are to review, analyze, and interpret financial data, partner with operations management to achieve financial results, prepare financial budgets, and work proactively across the teams for continuous improvement. This position will report to the Vice President Finance Business Partner, work closely with Branch Managers and the Regional Directors and have exposure to the VP of Finance and leadership of our three business units. This role would be more focused on our Texas accounts hence requires some travel to those Branches.
Base Pay: 80K-90K DOE, plus Bonus eligible contingent on performance.

This role serves as the key financial advisor and strategic partner for the assigned geographic area, linking business strategies to financial objectives

Partner with regional and market operations, divisional and HR leaders in execution of the financial performance initiatives

Monitor and analyze financial performance for each market and branch in the region, identifying trends, opportunities and potential risks; prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, working capital reports and KPI metrics to the executive team
- Ensure key internal performance indicators are incorporated and monitored on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the regional operations leader to present monthly results; document and execute the agreed upon actions discussed in the monthly business reviews
- Collaborate with operations leaders to expand service offerings for customers (e.g. cross-sell offerings between branches in a market, identify strategic acquisitions, or support greenfield efforts)

Document and provide recommendations for operational decisions in the region – Examples include: opening / closing of brick and mortar branches, organizational realignment, allocation of SG&A resources, post transactional analyses and jobs profitability analysis

Assist in recruiting, training and coaching team members responsible for finance-related tasks in the field

Ensure the adoption of standardized procedures with corporate policies and general accounting principles to enhance operational and financial compliance

Other ad hoc projects, as needed.

25% travel and visit to the Texas Branches.

3+ years in the Finance or Accounting roles

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines

Must be organized, able to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency

Working knowledge of budget preparation and forecasting

Financial modeling skills

Experience with tools such as IBM Planning Analytics or Tableau
