```Duties```
As a Car Sales Desk Manager at our dealership, you will be responsible for the following:
- Market and sell vehicles to potential customers
-Deploy marketing and advertising campaigns across various media types
-Monitor and manage online advertising efforts and metrics
-Manage and monitor online reviews and sales leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize math skills to calculate pricing and financing options
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse range of customers
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions and sales processes
- Insure all sales department staff is up to date on factory training and certification.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers
-Provide training and leadership skills for sales staff and online sales staff
```Experience```
To succeed in this role, you should have the following experience:
-Ford dealer experience preferred
-CDK and Vin Solutions experience preferred
-V auto knowledge preferred
-F&I knowledge and deal structure preferred
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is required
- Proven track record in sales support and achieving sales targets
-Proven track record in customer satisfaction
- High customer satisfaction skills and ethics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
