**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support in the comfort of their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
**Preferred Skills:**
- First Aid and CPR Certification**: Certification in first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification**: Certification in BLS is preferred for caregivers working with seniors or individuals with medical conditions that require emergency response.
- Dementia Care Training**: Training in dementia care techniques, such as the Alzheimer's Association's "12 Rights" or similar programs.
- Nutrition and Meal Preparation**: Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks, consider dietary restrictions, and manage food allergies.
- Light Housekeeping and Laundry**: Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and laundry duties.
- Transportation**: Ability to accompany clients on outings, errands, or appointments as needed.
- Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other electronic systems used by healthcare providers.
**Skills:**
- Experience in emergency medicine, inpatient care, or working at a Level I or Level II Trauma Center
- Knowledge of geriatric care practices and techniques
- Ability to provide care in various settings such as clinics, teaching hospitals, OR, or medical-surgical units
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
- Proficient in assisting with activities of daily living and personal care routines
Additional Requirements:**

3. Reliable transportation
4. Background check (agency will provide).
5. TB test or vaccination and physical.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
