Reporting directly to the Director, Financial Decision Support and Enterprise Analytics, the Manager, Healthcare Analytics, will be responsible for planning, prioritizing and coordinating the activities of the workforce analytics office as they relate to daily labor productivity, scheduling, labor benchmarking, statistical integrity, and training and education. Perform focused analytics (e.g. staffing levels, skill mix) to identify, provide feedback and problem solve for purposes of reducing unnecessary expense and maximize resource utilization. This position will serve as liaison between IT and end user to define business requirements for deployment of workforce analytics software, and shall ensure tool is fully integrated and utilized effectively. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and work closely with executive management to ensure efficient and coordinated functioning Estimated salary range for this position is $104086.26 - $135312.14 / year depending on experience.
Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Bachelor in Business, Finance, IT or related field. 3-5 years of experience in planning, staffing, workforce management, data analysis or related roles. Experience managing a team that provides critical support to the business around workforce efficiency, benchmarking, establishing KPIs and tracking/trending performance.Demonstrated leadership presence with a proven ability to influence leaders at all levels. Demonstrated strong technical experience with analytics software, operational reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets, charts & graphs, and relational database software. Strong project management and presentation skills. Strong familiarity with hospital and healthcare business processes and terminology. Keen analytical thinking and excellent communication and change management skills. Ability to work with multiple data sources and combine relevant information to generate insights from analyses, and create effective presentations. Minimum Required Experience:
