We are looking to fill our residential HVAC Supervisor position for our New Construction department as soon as possible. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Residential New Construction Project Manager to oversee all HVAC new construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design, installation, and project management, along with exceptional leadership abilities. Employee would be given a company vehicle and would be in charge of said jobsites from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Communication Communication Communication
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation for residential new construction projects.
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC plans, specifications, and system design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Manage all phases of HVAC system installations in residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges and obstacles during HVAC installations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect HVAC workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to construction plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions related to HVAC systems throughout the construction process.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all applicable safety regulations and protocols.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrate responsibility and safe driving habits while operating company vehicles to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders as needed for installation tasks with safety in mind
