Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Operate the POS system to process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized host station area
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with guest services as needed
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest relations and customer service
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to help out in other areas of the establishment as needed
