We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently.
Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve complaints
Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
Document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
