Residential Production Assistant/Coordinator
Job Description:
- The role of the Residential Project Coordinator is to act as a liaison between the Customer, Estimator, and the Painters.
- To appropriately schedule all newly booked jobs.
The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting the production manager in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the production department. The Production Assistant will be expected to assist in communicating with customers and maintaining customers' files.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
We operate as a CALL CENTER SETTING
- Schedule all jobs from every branch into Service Titan
- Verify color placement, Start Date, and estimated arrival time.
- Verify the scope of work and make changes when needed
- Set expectations with the homeowner on first-day procedures
- Collect deposits from all starting jobs
- Add colors to customer invoices/ Schedule color coordinator
- Minor collections
- Maintain constant communication between peers and every branch
- Reschedule jobs daily per crew availability
- Submit Pre Lien's
- New hire onboarding
- Call all 1yr anniversary customers
- Schedule estimates
Training will be held for one week at the Glendale location between the hours of 7am-3pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
