Your Job:
The purpose of the Guru Program at Brooks is to build brand affinity, create impactful retail x Brooks experiences, and drive sales with retailers and runners all over the U.S. Through retail events, product seeding, staff education, digital content, rapport-building, and strategic sales initiatives, the Gurus supports Brooks’ retail partners to ensure business success and growth.
As the Senior Digital Guru Specialist, you will play a key role in taking our digital presence to new heights. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital technologies, exceptional analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, and a creative mindset to innovate in the ever-evolving digital landscape. You will oversee, create, and implement digital content (videos, graphics, copywriting, images, PowerPoint presentations, social media content, & more)for internal and external stakeholders that educates, entertains, and increases Brooks’ brand awareness. All digital content will directly tie back to the Guru strategic game plan and Brooks’ marketing calendar.
In this role, you will oversee content, seeding, and the overall organization of 3rd party retail associate training platforms like Myagi, ExpertVoice, and Outdoor Prolink. This includes engaging with users, commenting, and leading discussion forums, and creating contests to keep users excited and engaged with the brand.
You will work collaboratively with the Digital Guru Program Manager and Guru Supervisors to continually educate Gurus and set the standard for excellent content creation & production within the Guru Program. This includes leading in-person and virtual training sessions and, at times, working 1:1 with Gurus to optimize digital projects and initiatives within their territory.
Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,206 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,004 per year in our highest geographic market. Base pay offered will consider the specific geographic market and will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
