Responsibilities:
As a Construction Administrative Bookkeeper: Perform various clerical and accounting tasks, duties, and responsibilities.
· Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
· Data Entry, understand credits and debits, monitor company finances, track adherence to a budget, record expenses, reconcile accounts payables, and accounts receivables, bill clients, pay vendors, prepare lien releases for contractors, subcontractors and vendor invoices,
· Preparing and submitting payroll information to Paychex
· Prepare monthly invoice packages for all billable projects, including all applicable backup.
· Run monthly accounting meetings with construction/project management team to review upcoming billings
· Review project budgets, including fee structures, staffing, and work plans
· Ensure a smooth cash flow by auditing, generating, and sending invoices promptly to Clients.
· Create and submit government, and outside audit reports, and tax return reports related to the construction project.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
