The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. Must-haves for the Customer Service Hub Coordinator role include:
- Be the first friendly voice a customer hears when reaching out to our customer service/tech support team.
- Generate, update and manage tickets with customer information and thorough notes using CRM and ticket-based software.
- Prioritize and escalate urgent customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with the first steps of troubleshooting.
- Transfer customers to support technicians when necessary, facilitating smooth handoffs.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, chat app, and email to address inquiries and provide support.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Address basic shipping inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as directed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk or technical support roles.
- Previous experience with using CRM systems and ticket-based software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and teammates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and troubleshoot.
- Experience with modern cloud-based software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
