```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform basic laboratory duties such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating custom trays, and sterilizing instruments
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems ()
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Perform vital signs and patient assessments as directed by the dentist
- Assist with medical imaging procedures as needed
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (OPEN DENTAL)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
