Project Engineer
PACT Two, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer with experience, preferably in Wastewater and Water projects. The individual must be able to meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and be a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and on-site support to Project Manager and Project Superintendent.
- Coordinate, collect, prepare, track and distribute all technical project transmittals.
- Review vendor submittals against subcontract and project documents to insure conformance.
- Perform work with little guidance and operate in areas where precedents are not clearly established.
- Maintain accurate record of project daily reports.
- Review time records of all staff working on assigned projects to establish billing.
- Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
- Communicate project requirements, deadlines, and milestones with client(s) and staff.
- Maintain an organized and clean office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Experience with Construction, or other multiple disciplined projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle.
- Ability / Willingness to travel up to 2 hours or more a day.

PACT’s main office is in Ringoes, New Jersey with an additional yard /satellite office in Northampton, PA. PACT Two, a division of Pact Construction, is in the business of constructing and rebuilding sewer treatment systems for municipalities and authorities located predominantly in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.
Throughout the years, PACT has added many key employees, including the majority of its current shareholders and officers, while losing very little in process. It has expanded its capabilities in Delaware and Maryland and has successfully taken on many high profile and complex jobs. PACT currently self performs pipe work, excavation / dirt work, carpentry, concrete work, millwright work, site restoration and some paving. PACT has partnered with major subcontractors such as Bradshaw, United Pipeline (Aegion SP), and Insituform (SP) on notable pipe projects. Over the years, PACT has successfully completed over 300 projects without ever failing to finish one.
PACT maintains an excellent relationship with owners, engineers, and vendor, viewing them as partners to ensure the success of our projects. PACT continually brings ideas and solutions to the table rather than problems and change orders. Currently, PACT collectively performs $40 to
$50 Million Dollars of revenue a year and has 10 to 15 projects open at any given time. As an entity, the company currently has 70 full time employees. At PACT, we consider safety, quality, and our employees the foundation of our success.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
