Four Seasons is looking for a team-orientated, trustworthy, and hardworking individual to join our staff. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a group environment, but be self-driven and stay focused on the task at hand. The position will concentrate on helping to maintain Accounts Receivable, provide customer refunds when appropriate, and support the accounting department in other ongoing tasks as they arise.
Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties:

Position will report to the Controller

Will apply customer payments to invoices
-
Will need to research customers’ account and possess problem solving skills to come to a resolution

Provide check or credit card refunds when necessary

Make adjustments to the customers’ A/R and hit General Ledger accounts

Working on other department projects as they arise

Full Time Office Position
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Beginner Accounting skills and/or experience
-
Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
-
Strong computer & typing skills a must
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Experience using an AS400 (Green Screen) is a plus, but training will be provided
