Maintenance Mechanic
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s instructions
- Diagnose and repair CNC equipment and PLC control systems
- Identify root causes of issues and perform necessary repairs
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in VFDs and PLCs
- Ability to create ladder diagram schematics for various electrical circuits
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with operating cutting torches and welding equipment to fabricate, cut, or join metal parts
Additional Qualifications:
- Skilled in using a range of tools, from common hand and power tools (e.g., impact drills and wrenches) to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Capable of teaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills
**LOCATIONS:**
Adairsville/Calhoun:
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Pay: $24-$33 per hour
- Skills: Primarily Electrical with Mechanical experience
- Benefits: Great benefits starting Day 1
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays
Canton:
- Shift: 6pm - 6am
- Pay:
- Skills: Mechanical expertise
- Requirements: Must pass the Ramsey Test
Dahlonega:
- Shift: 3rd Shift
- Pay: $24-$29 per hour
- Skills: Primarily Electrical with Mechanical experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays
Dahlonega - Entry Level Maintenance:
- Shift: Day Shift for the first year
- Pay: $20-$23 per hour
- Skills: Primarily Mechanical experience
