Our clinic is seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic, individual to run our front desk as a Patient Care Coordinator. This individual is the first line of interaction with our company, and as such will be professional, highly organized, and able to accurately handle cash and charge transactions.
Front Desk experience is a plus, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.
Must be personable with excellent customer service skills.
Must be energetic, resourceful and highly organized with great multi-tasking skills.
Must be a team player and have a great work ethic.
You must be articulate with great verbal and written communication skills.
Greet and welcome patients; applicant will be courteous, efficient and friendly
Maintain tidiness of the reception and surrounding areas
Position Requirements:
-Intermediate computer skills with standard business applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet.
-Ability to work under pressure maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks.
-Adaptive to changing priorities and the dynamics of a growing organization.
-Organized with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
