We’re growing again and need a Product Manager to join our team!
A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact inside the store and online.
Overview
We are seeking a new hands-on product expert! This role will be the subject-matter expert who uses their product and technical background and expertise to lead and own the development and maintenance of all our eForms and eContracting solutions. The individual will bridge the gap between the business stakeholders (customers, partners, sales, support) and the software engineering teams by breathing life into the product by enacting their vision and direction defined in a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall vision.
We are a geographically distributed company with teams in multiple time zones including India. Our physical office is located in Denver, CO (Mountain time zone). You will be expected to work flexible hours with sufficient overlap between all these time zones which may include mornings and nights.
Responsibilities:
- Define a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Create product backlogs and define sprints and releases that align with the product roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams by leading, managing and coordinating product development efforts.
- Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Collaborate with customers and integration partners on gathering detailed schemas and form mapping requirements.
- Perform research and understand legal and compliance requirements for completion of transaction related forms and documents.
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders including customers and partners.
- Work closely with technical leads to define an architectural vision for all our eForms and eContracting solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with our Support and Customer Success teams in capturing and reviewing Voice of Customer and resolving bugs and issues in a timely manner.
- Transform ideas and conversations into technical requirements by developing user stories and grooming them with the development teams.
- Manage the entire software development life cycle in an Agile and iterative approach.
- Seek and remove impediments to ensure success.
- Participate in meetings and lead the execution of product development sprints .
Skills & Experience:
Required
- 3+ years of experience working with electronic forms generation and signing solutions in the retail automotive industry.
- 2+ years of experience working with onshore and offshore engineering teams and flexibility in work schedules.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile development environment.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers and partners and proven ability to effectively communicate with C-suite.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile SDLC processes and tools including Jira.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data sources and schemas and map them to target state documents and forms.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a “get it done” attitude and approach.
- Ability to verbalize complex problems and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Superb writing skills and immense attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements through prioritization
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent field.
- Legal and compliance expertise as it relates to transaction related documents and forms in the automotive industry.
