Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and Saturday 10:00am-3:30pm
Payrate: $25.00-$30.00/hr Based on Experience

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Counter Sales/Product Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Summary:
As a Showroom Counter Sales/Product Specialist, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, assisting them with their product selections, product recommendations and providing exceptional service. This position requires a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and or over the phone

Provide product information, product recommendations, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting the right materials

Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations

Oversee and ensure customer visits are pleasant and informative as possible

Assist customer with the handoff process from showroom to PBM yard associate as needed
-
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product lines, including features, benefits, and applications
Safety Compliance

Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the counter area and product displays

Assist in promoting a culture of safety among all employees and customers
Maintaining Relationships

Foster and maintain vendor/supplier relationships

Collaborate with PBM yards to ensure accurate inventory availability

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
-
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
-
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with POS systems and computer proficiency
