Your primary focus will be on securing internship opportunities for our students, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations, and enhancing SKEMA's visibility across the US market.

2. Account Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive Account Plans for SKEMA's US partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Student Career Support: Provide one-on-one career guidance to SKEMA students, tailoring their Optional Practical Training (OPT) pathways based on their individual goals and program of study.
4. Academic Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with SKEMA's faculty (Dean and Department Heads) to align career services and curriculum with corporate needs. This includes identifying opportunities to integrate employer engagement into classrooms and student activities throughout the semester.
5. NC State Integration: Partner with NCSU's Employer Relations and Partner Development teams to ensure SKEMA students have seamless access to NC State's career service resources and programs.
