Role Introduction:
The Director of Human Resources for Operations will be a vital member of both the company and Operations senior management teams, driving transformative change in our manufacturing plant. Facing critical challenges rooted in culture, leadership, processes, and performance standards, this role will spearhead improvements through people, systems, and collaborative partnerships with the CHRO and COO.

Key focuses are enhancing performance, fostering a culture of positive accountability, and supporting growth initiatives such as building a new plant, expanding product lines, and achieving double-digit annual growth. Engagement, retention, compensation, headcount, and employee relations are also core components of this role.
This role is located at our Norwood, MA manufacturing facility with an occasional need to visit our corporate headquarters in Needham, MA. The schedule will follow our hybrid work model, three days working onsite and two remote working days.
