Snack Attack Specialty Sandwiches and Brews is a local, veteran, family owned, fast casual sandwich bar that focuses on offering great quality food, a vast local beer selection all in a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Job general responsibilities include but not limited to:

- manual labor including sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning toilets and keeping dining room clean and tidy
- This supervisor shift leader position also includes:
- managing other employees and time clocks
- keeping employees on task and making sure they complete their daily duties with quality

- managing ticket tickets, helping the kitchen staff if needed
- ensuring guest satisfaction

- helping with catering orders and deliveries
- plus acting as a key holder to open/close the restaurant.
- This team member will be working closely with the operating owners in regards to communicating daily occurances and working with kitchen lead to keep food quality, pars and ticket times on schedule.
Team member must be able to work well with others in a fast past environment, pay attention to detail, lead by example and have great customer service skills. Supervisor experience is required.
This position will approximately be 2 server shifts and 3 shift leader shifts. Server shifts run approximately 3-4 hours and shift leader ships run approximately 5 hours.
Server hours: generally 11am to 2-3pm, night shifts 5:30pm to 7:30-8pm
Shift lead hours opening: 10:15am to 4:15pm, closing 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Full Sunday hours are open to close with a break: 10:15am to 7:00pm
Open availability is required to help cover other shifts if needed.
Starting pay is Colorado Tipped Min Wage/hr plus pooled tips. On average this position brings in pay of $18-25 per hour before taxes. This is a performance based position. Better work ethic= higher pay.
MINIMUM 3 YEARS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION REQUIRED.
