Job Description:
Provide positive and helpful presence assisting clients. Code invoices and maintain tenant contact lists. Oversee contracting work performed at property.
Essential Job Duties:
- Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc..
- Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing.
- Coordinate contracts for various vendors. Ensure that adequate services are available for employees.
- Maintain service agreements and required certificates.
- Assist in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review.
- Assist client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience.
- PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect.
- Must be organized and have ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.
- Must have ability meet difficult deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $50000 - $55000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $55000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
