You Are:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager for our client. This role involves significant interaction with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into high-impact automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical expertise, client management experience, and a proven track record in agile product management.
The Opportunity:
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, pinpoint inefficiencies.
- Ability to define strategic AI/Automation solutions and roadmaps.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of business opportunities, adjusting to continuous feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Serve as a critical liaison between business and technology teams, facilitating cross-collaboration and ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of automation solutions, monitoring progress and outcomes.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, demonstrating the value of implemented solutions through effective communication and presentations.
- Act as an evangelist for AI and automation technologies across the broader organization, promoting adoption and understanding of new tools and methodologies.
- Hybrid-In office/remote

What you need:
- MBA degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience in client management and a strong understanding of the product management process.
- Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge of hybrid multi/cloud space
- Experience with process improvement tools, analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, backlog management, JIRA.
- Analytical mindset with strong detail orientation and administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of effectively presenting technology solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive collaboration and innovation within technology and business teams.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Georgia
Compensation Range: $62,000-$92,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
