Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at CPR Cherrydale. As the Store Manager/Repair Technician, you will oversee the daily operations of our cell phone repair shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient repair processes, and effective management of resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including repair services and customer interactions.
- Maintain and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of repair parts as needed.
- Schedule and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Train and mentor team members in repair techniques, customer service, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in phone repair and technical knowledge of cell phones and other electronic devices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Certification in phone repair or related field.
- Knowledge of CPR Cell Phone Repair processes and systems.
