The Lee Elementary School, serving about 350 students in grades pre-k through 6, is located in the Town of Lee, MA. The Lee Public Schools are enthusiastically recruiting a dynamic school leader who:
● Is dedicated to helping faculty aid students in achieving excellence
● Is well versed in curriculum and instruction with an understanding of the MA Curriculum frameworks, and the MCAS testing system
● Has demonstrated success in supervision and evaluation
● Is well versed in Response to Intervention, Curriculum Based-Measurement, and trauma-informed care
● Is knowledgeable and can demonstrate effectiveness in the areas of school law, special education, school improvement models, data driven decision making, and school climate and safety
● Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all community stakeholders, students, parents, faculty, staff and leadership team members
● Experienced in state and federal reporting methods
● Has a minimum of five years teaching and holds, or is eligible for MA Elementary School Principal Certification; prior elementary administrative experience preferred
● Salary: competitive and commensurate with experience
