Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Maintain office calendar and schedule management - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Oversee vendor management and relationships - Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry - Provide front desk reception duties as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
