Innovative Premier is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Route Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an assigned sales route to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Present and sell Innovative Premier's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, maintaining inventory levels and sales records.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Collect payments and ensure proper accounting and documentation of transactions.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the company vehicle and equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry products as needed (up to [specific weight] pounds).
- Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
