Property Manager (HUD), Seattle
We are looking for a full time Property Manager to manage two HUD Elderly apartment complexes in downtown Seattle both located in the Capitol Hill area. We offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus full benefits 100% paid for. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including but not limited to collecting rents, maintaining accurate records, Move-In’s/Move-Out’s, performing Annual/Interim Re-Certifications, processing Housing Assistant Payment (HAP) Vouchers, showing and renting up vacancies in a timely manner, maintaining the building, scheduling and meeting with vendors, abiding by Fair Housing and Seattle Landlord-Tenant Laws, performing building and unit inspections.
- Minimum three years of prior apartment management experience
- Experience with managing a site with Low Income Section 8 Housing programs preferred
- Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Experience with Yardi Property Management software preferred
- Demonstrate good decision making and attention to detail
- Management team welcome
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites and to corporate office for regular scheduled meetings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
