Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Consultant to join our team. The HR/Payroll Consultant will provide expert guidance on various human resource and payroll functions and support our Nursing Homes in achieving their HR objectives.
Duties:
- Implement HR & Payroll software
- In-service staff on new software
- Conduct audits of HR and Payroll activities and recommend improvements
- Develop policies and procedures
- Provide advice on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
- Manage payroll functions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Offer training sessions on HR and Payroll topics
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an Healthcare HR Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting practices
- Proficiency in accounting software SBV, Viventium, Apploi
- Experience with accounts receivable and data entry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
