Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our operations to new heights. This unique position will be working alongside the CEO of a leading Remote Patient Monitoring company. Recent College Grads Welcomed.

· Location: Southern California
· Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO by acting as company’s Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands and minimize costs
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance to frontline staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale
- Client Facing Support
- Sales and Marketing as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field
- Experience in Healthcare Technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
