Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks for playgrounds and parks in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools to perform repairs and installations as required.
- Efficiently complete scheduled tasks while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Manage your daily schedule independently to meet weekly deadlines for assigned jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any encountered issues.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills for communication, record-keeping, and scheduling purposes.
- Utilize a tablet for conducting inspections and saving data to appropriate files.
Requirements:
- Possess a clean Nevada DMVR (a company vehicle is provided for business hours).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using power tools, including drills, impacts, and basic hand tools.
- Willingness to undertake a CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector) test after initial training.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-sufficiency and strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of computer usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- CPSI certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with outdoor equipment maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
