Hours: Part Time – on average 26-29 hours over 4 days per week
About Bravissimo
Hello! We are Bravissimo, the British brand that offers lingerie and swimwear to women who wear a D cup bra and above. We are dedicated to supporting and celebrating our customers and want to inspire big boobed women to feel amazing.
We started in the UK back in 1995 when two friends were frustrated by not being able to find a good choice of bras in their size. Convinced they couldn’t be the only two who needed bigger sizes, they set out with a vision to provide a great choice of bras in bigger cup sizes and create an environment where big boobed women could celebrate their figures and feel good about themselves.
Today we have 26 stores in the UK, a well-established ecommerce operation, and thousands of loyal customers we support every day. We launched our US website in 2017 and had loads of requests from US customers to open a store in the States. We’re very excited to have now opened our first US Bravissimo store in New York City! We have grown a lot since we started in 1995, but our purpose remains the same: to inspire more big boobed women to feel amazing.

About the Role
As supervisor of the only Bravissimo store in the US, you will play a key role in the team. You will
support the Manager and our other Supervisor running the store, and your main focus will be to
ensure that every customer feels absolutely amazing and leaves the store, not just with a great fitting bra, but wanting to come back and tell their friends about Bravissimo too.
You will be a role model to the team and guide them to deliver fantastic service in the Bravissimo way.
You will be hands on, but also able to prioritize and delegate where needed to ensure the store runs efficiently. You will need to have great attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple priorities,
processes and tasks, whilst keeping customer experience at the highest level.
The role also includes stock management, supporting with training needs, team meeting planning and
basic maintenance on days running the store solo. As supervisor, you should be able to take full responsibility for the store when required.
You will need to be flexible regarding working hours and available to work weekdays and weekends.
Please note this role is fixed term/temporary. Between 3-5 months depending on the needs of the store. Possible room for growth if successful in the roll.
