The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures.
All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and company policy and procedure.
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person.
- Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.
- Assisting guest with special request.
Job Requirements:
- Communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
- 1 year work experience as host person in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred.
- Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
- Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Possession of/or ability to possess a valid TAM card.
- Possession of/or ability to possess a Clark County Health Card.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
