Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize paper documents into electronic format
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents for accuracy
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in transcribing and data entry
- Familiarity with databases and document management systems
- Basic math skills for document verification
- Knowledge of office software such as Excel
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Ability to work with pivot tables for data analysis
