Associate Clinical Director (BCBA)

Responsibilities
- Provide field supervision as required for cases and clinical team
- Support behavior tech and 5-7 BCBA Clinical Supervisor in meeting productivity requirements
- Motivate and mentorship BCBAs in management of their Behavior Technicians, goals, and clinical skills
- Participate in special projects including clinical program development and staff training
- Ensure that all supervision hours are at 100% contract fulfillment
- Maybe required to carry a small caseload if necessary.
- Write performance evaluations of Behavior Technicians
- Partners with the Director to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans as needed
- Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
- Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions
- Must abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Flexible work schedule with reasonable expectation of billable hours

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- BCBA Certification
- Valid state driver licenses is a must
- Need to have clearance with Background Check
