Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks, Quickbooks, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Familiar with Quickbooks Desktop Version (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Purchase Orders)
- Assist with bank deposits, applying payments, recording sales receipts.
- Bill pay (Accounts Payable)
- Tracking accounts Receivables
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Assist new customers in filling out proper paperwork and providing necessary credentials.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Follow up on purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery dates.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, measures and installations
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiar with Quickbooks Desktop Version
- Proficiency in file management and organization.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. At times you will be required to work independently with no direction or supervision.
- Ability to create a basic excel spreadsheet
- Strong Math skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Pay: $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
