Key Responsibilities:

- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient case management.
- Research: Conduct thorough legal research using various resources, compile findings, and prepare reports to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on case status, gathering necessary information, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, depositions, and trial preparations, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure seamless workflow and support the overall success of the team.
- Compliance: Ensure all legal practices and procedures adhere to regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or higher in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
- Skills:
