As the Director of Sales you will be leading a team of Sales Managers based at our various locations (currently 5), your leadership skills will develop a team that sells fun and food to create relationships with clients and ensure a great experience they will want to repeat. Each location differs in what it offers and your creativity (along with Marketing and Leadership Team) to develop packages our clients will love. Your communication skills will be used to develop relationships with high profile clients (corporations, associations, etc.) to keep WhirlyBall top of mind as well as the internal team of sales, operations, culinary, leadership, and service. In determining the strategy you will use your analytical skills to review events, trends, CRM reports, the marketplace and collaboration opportunities. Requirements:
This is idea for you, if you:

Have at least 5 years of multi-unit supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Have strong organizational, presentation, and priority setting skills

Are able to travel between multiple locations

Are flexible in your approach, can readily adopt to business and team needs and changes

Have MPI, HSMAI membership (preferred, not required)
