We are a local, family-owned design-build company that specializes in kitchen and bath remodeling.
We have an immediate need for a Showroom /Office Administrative Assistant willing to grow with our small company.
Everyday duties will include scheduling client and vendor meetings, coordinating designer and contractor schedules, pricing, acquisition/ordering materials for projects, track invoicing, supplier relations, greeting clients, and bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate is interested in learning the kitchen and bath design and remodeling industry, is extremely organized, and able to wear many hats at any given time.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties, including bookkeeping, scheduling, answering phones, calling vendors and clients, etc.
- Organize vendor contacts, dealer portal websites, and accounts.
- Pricing and ordering materials for projects, track invoicing
- Maintain lead list and follow up with client leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and general upkeep.
- Greet clients at showroom and maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
- Assist with social media content as needed.
- Assist in client meetings and home visits as needed.
- Assist with planning events in the showroom, vendor appreciation events, and trade/designer events.
- Schedule client appointments via phone, text, or email and coordinate designer and contractor schedules.
- Some personal assistant tasks for management team will be required on occasion.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and wear many hats at one time.
- Ability to work alongside clients, contractors, designers and management in a professional manner.
- Willingness and desire to learn the design and remodeling business.
- Willingness to run errands related to meeting vendors, picking up materials, samples, etc.
- Sketch up / 2020 knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
· Ideal candidate is someone studying or wanting to learn interior design, kitchen and bath design, remodeling, and/or construction.
· Must be organized, timely, and courteous.
· Must maintain a professional appearance.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Work site visits will be required on occasion.

Expected hours: 40 per week
