Hours of Work:
Expected to be available between 7 am - 5 pm as needed. Superintendent is expected to work Monday - Friday, and occasionally will be required to have earlier start days for slab pours and various on-site sub meetings.

Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent at August Design and Construction, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. From managing multiple projects to overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating exceptional homes that reflect our unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Manage a minimum of 4 active projects at all times.
- Markets include Crystal Beach, Lake's area, and SETX.
- Visit each job site a minimum of twice a week during active construction phases.
- Scheduling, QTO’s, material procurement, ensure quality control, and plan future projects.
- Operate through our company software/app and internal workbooks.
- Help perform punch items/work when needed.
- Adhere to confidentiality, intellectual property, and non-disclosure agreements.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or similar roles.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the construction industry.
